ANNA LINDH VIRTUAL ACADEMY

CSOs form a fundamental part of an active pluralistic society. A solid set of skills in administration, advocacy, and communication is vital for CSOs to fully fulfill their duty in the society in which they are based, to establish institutional structures, and to develop an enabling working environment for their communities.

Through this project, we aim at:

  • fostering intercultural dialogues and promoting the value of cultural diversity;
  • validating the cultural richness of societies;
  • tackling major social and cultural challenges;
  • facilitating the access and the sharing of intercultural resources, competencies, and experiences across the EuroMediterranean region, through civil society multipliers;
  • promoting the impact of EuroMediterranean projects through different channels;
  • empowering ALF network members;

The main activities are:

  • development of 5 courses on an online platform for exchange of know-how, learning and training material in CSO Management in 5 subthemes and 5 languages;
  • implementation of an e-learning platform (Learning Management System);
  • e-learning training offered by 7 mentors to train 15 participants per each country involved;
  • implementation of 5 different online courses, subthemes of the fields of administration, communication and advocacy;
  • dissemination of project achievements;

6 countries involved in the partnership for 11 months, virtual meetings plus 2 in- person.
The target group is made by staff members of the involved organizations.
